Backroad Apparel is made to order, with designs inspired by the places that raised us. Because each item is produced for your order, all sales are final.

If something isn't right

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with the wrong size or design, we will offer a free replacement or a refund.

Please email backroadapparel227@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. For damage or defects, include photos if possible so we can resolve it accurately.

Other returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or ordering the wrong item, except where required by applicable law. This does not limit the free replacement or refund support described above for damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied orders.
