Products and orders

Backroad Apparel offers made-to-order apparel inspired by the Alabama Gulf Coast. Product colors and appearance may vary slightly between screens and finished items. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Shipping

Allow 5–8 business days for production and delivery. USPS tracking is provided for every order. Carrier delays may affect delivery estimates.

Returns and order issues

Because items are made to order, all sales are final. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or with the wrong size or design, we offer a free replacement or refund. See our Returns & Exchanges page.
